Fleet compliance reminders for couriers
Keep your delivery vans' MOT, tax, insurance and service dates together. Add a registration to review available official MOT and tax data, then record mileage, maintenance work, defects and supporting documents against the vehicle. A shared dashboard makes the next task easier to find before assigning a van.

Keep vehicle records together
For each van, your team can keep these details in its Fleetkeep record:
- MOT and tax dates returned by the available UK lookups.
- Insurance renewal and service details entered by your team.
- Mileage, maintenance actions, defects and related evidence.
- Reminders for upcoming dates, sent to you and any verified recipient you choose.
Check each delivery platform's current vehicle and insurance requirements directly with that provider.
Set up your delivery vehicles
Add a registration or import a CSV of up to 50 vehicles. Fleetkeep retrieves available MOT and tax information from the relevant UK services. You can then add your own insurance, service and maintenance details.
- Review the fleet dashboard to see which vehicle needs attention next.
- Keep service history, mileage, defects, tasks and supporting documents with each vehicle.
- Choose reminder timings and add verified recipients for shared fleet administration.
One view across vehicles in rotation
Add vans individually or import a fleet list. Each record keeps its own dates, service history and maintenance notes, so a backup vehicle is visible alongside the vans currently assigned to deliveries.
FAQs
Does Fleetkeep tell my delivery platform anything?
No. Fleetkeep does not send vehicle information to delivery platforms. Reminder emails go to your account and any verified reminder recipients you choose.
I drive a personal van for Flex. Does this still apply?
Yes. Start with one vehicle and add more as your fleet grows. See current plans on the pricing page.
What about ULEZ and Clean Air Zones?
We don't run a CAZ schedule because the rules are city-specific and would duplicate the official tools. Use gov.uk: Check a CAZ charge for your registration. Check current charges and exemption rules for the areas on your route.
Can I track service intervals as well?
Yes. Add the last service date and interval to the vehicle record, then choose the reminder schedule that suits your team.
